Panasonic’s intermediate mirrorless digital camera, the Lumix DMC-G5 was just reviewed. This 16 megapixels Micro Four-Thirds camera is among the smallest to sport a built-in EVF and offers plenty of controls compared to similarly-priced ILCs. Its fast LiveMOS sensor lets it autofocus very quickly and capture full 1080p HD video at 60 FPS to render smooth motion. Read the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G5 review to find out all about it.
For this review, we had it with Panasonic’s power-zoom lens which gives it smooth zooming in a more compact size than its peers. The Lumix G X Vario PZ 14-42mm F/3.5-5.6 Asph Mega OIS operates its zoom and focus drive via mounted levels on the barrel. When collapsed, it is barely one inch thick.
