The long awaited review of the Fuji HS30 EXR was just published on Neocamera. This is a 16 MP ultra-zoom with a mechanically-linked and stabilized ultra-wide angle 30X optical zoom lens equivalent to 24-720mm in 35mm terms. The HS30 EXR follows the HS20 EXR with a newly revised sensor to improve image quality. It also features a high-resolution EVF with 920K pixels.
The HS30 EXR was launched this year along with a nearly identical camera, the HS25 EXR which uses AA batteries and sports a lower resolution EVF, probably the same one as the HS20 EXR. Read the HS30 EXR review to find out how it performs and compared to the larger flagship Fuji X-S1 we reviewed earlier this year.
